Black screen when smoke grenade

When somebody throw smoke grenade, I have a likely chance to get the black screen for a while. It occurs on my RTX 2060; I bought it 3 weeks ago. At first I ignored that issue, until I saw that black screens occurs when I am near smokes. I updated my GPU drivers some days ago, but without any effects.
Most CSGO settings are high or ultra, not using any launch params and cfg's, and I am using VGA-HDMI adapter to connect my old LCD with GPU.
Do you think it's fault of my GPU?

Ryzen 3 3100, 3.60GHz, 4 cores, 8 threads, not overclocked yet.
CPU, GPU and rest of my computer parts were bought at the same time.

see whether the problem still occurs.
