Cant see new agent sleeves

Hello, I need help seeing the agent sleeves, i just got Sir bloody darryl but I cant see his watch on most of the weapons, even ct and t knives when inspecting, only right click attack on knife... I want to see his watch more in casual and i play 4:3 stretched. Any way to fix this without changing resolution or aspect ratio? I play like this because my laptop cannot run 1920x1080.

i play on 1920x1080 full viewmodel settings, it's very hard to see. I have same problem.
