Well if u don't have a good cpu and a very good gpu it will be unbalanced

I got 3060ti with i7 6800k, i notice difference in high demanding games such as cyberpunk and not really csgo. Csgo is high cpu demanding and doesnt rely so much on your graphics card.

You wouldnt have been gpu limited. Check your cpu utilisation, I suspect its pegged at 100% and therefore your gpu isn't being fed.

ouch that bottleneck for your gpu....your cpu is seriously bottlenecking your gpu and upgrading your cpu will balance things out for you but maybe you need a newmotherboard as well for that gpu as i can bet the gpu isnt on a 16x slot for your motherboard now is it ?

lol its the cpu , why didnt u upgrade the system before the card?

maybe "-threads 8" in launch properties might help a little
