The "semi hot girl" picture in a steamprofile ..

I lost count how many times ive seen someone in my cs go server with a girls name lika ana hana zoe etc and a girl as picture. This has been going on for YEARS.

Its so unoriginal its not even funny, i wonder who these people are that do this. Any ideas on a demographic maybe?
