Sorry for derailing your thread a bit though OP. I personally think you should seek out the guy we're referencing though and don't add anyone here who is wanting to trade you or even wants to add you just to "price check." This is the video I watched about the guy:
youtube.com/watch?v=xbQNWUsnH-w&t=
I seen this video too, was a great watch
-But he accepted the trade, told me to check paypal and the money was all there no charge backs. My new PC is on its way. I'm beyond excited!!!
Just never heard of him before that's all. I would personally sell it off in steam market place since its risk free. Real money would all ways be nice but selling for a random guy that very few people have ever heard about is not really something that raises confidence.
Fair point that the steam market is safer, but this isn't just some random guy. He has a very good reputation and is probably one of the most trustworthy people out there
Steam market is risk free that's true, but I personally didnt' want $3000 in Steam wallet funds... I wanted a new PC and needed one 'cuz mine is definitely showing its age. It's slightly better than a last gen console (pro series). I can't even run 40 fps solid all low for Cyberpunk...
If you have time you should check out that video and decide for yourself. He buys/sells/trades and I had no problems. Even if your'e not comfortable with selling/buying from him, he's always looking to trade as well. That's also risk free. Provided you don't click any non-steam related links of course.
Now that i have check him out, i must say, not the greatest respond time. Actually i can't get respond from him at all. Also its bit confusing how i need to make trade offer to him. Well maybe in time.
He responds to people that have unboxed something special or really expensive and not always buys it, sometimes he tweets about it so other can buy it.
Okey. And yes i know he is not a ♥♥♥ but i did not see that it was limit to just skins that have been unboxed since i just have expensive stickers and capsules.
For example you unboxed a blue gem knife which is worth 5K. People, often referred to as sharks, will approach you and try to buy the item for 2K by taking advantage of the price cap of 2K on the steam market. He doesn't want that to happen so helps out people that have unboxed special items.
