Difference between AK-47 | Jaguar and AK-47 | Panthera onca

AK-47 | Panthera onca is the new item from Ancient collection which is just posted out in the new operation and It is a classified rifle. Then I saw another ak47 called Jaguar (2014 esports collection cover rifle) has a exactly same template as Panthera onca just different colour, but the price is much lower otherwise Panthera onca and jaguar are same kind of animal according to google. I cannot find any information about the creators of each skin, so can any one tell me whether it's involved plagiarism or not ???

The AK-47 | Jaguar was originally designed from Valve back when it was released. I'm assuming that Valve or the skin maker took inspiration from it and Valve gave them the OK for the Ancient Collection

I think they may have the same creator if it is true i would say that valve does not pay too much attention on this operation, they just copy the template (new blue m4a1-s and the red one released before) if it is plagiarism i think valve should do something

its a VALVE skin, they cant plagarize themselvs
