No. Haven't tried any skin changer, but heard that it's undetectable and that Valve doesn't even care about it. And for the idiots saying that it's a cheat, no it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ not. You're not modifying the game to give yourself an advantage.

SC are nearly always combined with a bunch of cheats like wallhack, aimbot and stuff

so, using a SC IS infact cheating


and also, using SC is simply stealing money off valve and the skincreators

There is no such thing as an undetectable program. Valve makes this clear: Using any program that affects the game will result in a ban. If you have money, buy skins. If you dont have money, play without skins. Playing with skins is not worth having your account banned. The stupidity you do.

You can always get VAC banned from using a skinchanger.
