How to make csgo run faster?

so like this never happened to me before but now im starting to lag in cs my pc system is i3 6006u intel hd 520 8gbram

You probably have too much running in the background, For starters I'd go into task manager and look at what's using your cpu and graphics, Then right clicking on start and going into apps and features to turn some of it off.

Otherwise a new laptop or desktop might be in order.

I disable background apps from windows settings it did help to boost abit of fps so tks for that brother

lol mine is i3 6th gen so im dying here everyday xd wish it was like the old days where csgo can run with out lag upgrading is to expensive btw so like is there a app that i can use to play csgo with out much lag?

Lower graphics settings in game, get better hardware and that's about it.

Check if your CPU is throttling with Task Manager or CPU-Z, if it is then use Throttlestop

depends on the person for casual playing i would say its like the minimum that's "playable"

I wouldn't call it playable. Everything below 100 is too low. When you once played with more fps (and hz) you'll understand. Either way you already reach the maximum fps possible. You either accept that "fate" or buy other hardware/play something else. Your choice.
