Well, my first advise would be to invest in better components since your graphics unit is on the bottom of Class 3 in terms of raw power.

However if you are unable to get an overall better PC then try lowering your graphics settings and game resolution.

when playing csgo its about 30.6C-39 below around there sometimes 25+ if im lucky xd

When was the last time you clean internal fan and change thermal pasta?

i cleaned the fan like last week but i dont think the internal fan is the problem because i have a cooler and another cool where it is pointed in the direction of where the air inside the laptop goes out

You probably have too much running in the background, For starters I'd go into task manager and look at what's using your cpu and graphics, Then right clicking on start and going into apps and features to turn some of it off.

Otherwise a new laptop or desktop might be in order.

You can't run csgo well on an integrated graphics card, especially when it's low from a low budged and old laptop cpu. Just one example: My low budged gpu I bought in 2010 (radeon hd 6870) is 177% faster than your integrated chip. And the cpu itself is also extremely slow. The CPU I bought (amd phenom 2 x6 1090t) together with that gpu as a setup is 30% faster than your cpu. And with that setup I achived 90 - 140 fps. Even that isn't playable fps and you won't even get close to that. I guess you get like 30 - 60 fps at best which isn't playable.

I don't understand why people in 2020 still think any pc can run fast with "tricks". Computers are like cars: You can run as fast as your hardware allows to. A 45 horse power car can't run 200 km/h just because you clean the fans. Same with computer.

You want more fps? Get better hardware. You can't buy better hardware? Then you've to life with it and might play something else.

6th gen i5 and a 5 year old igpu? you should consider upgrading, i got a laptop with an 8th gen i7 and nvidia mx230 graphics and even i can barely run the game on 720p lol
