the letter M instead of the letter S mean market, and if the letter M is there, you can’t find out who the owner of the item.
In the old days there were "way" to find out who the owner, but many abused this "way" and simply started bargaining with the owners, as a result, at the request of many traders, Steam removed the "way" to find out who the owner is, and now instead of the owner’s ID there is the letter M and sad :(
You cant find out whois the owner.
