How to view who is skin owner through inspect link or item ID

Okay guys. I found my skin. I am not sure did I scammed because I gave my ak to my schoolmate and later he sent me his trade history and there is no ak, but my trade history says that I sent him so there is some problem with steam data. Okay, I finally found my skin at csgo float but it says that skin is listed on market but I can't find it and I can't even view picture of that person,while I can view other pictures and accounts. I contacted Steam support but they just said that they can't replacate or give me back my skin even if I just said that I want to view who is owner of skin (i gave them id) or to send me trade history of that skin. hello, maybe im a little late (I'm very late lol) I found the owner of that AK (with a niko sticker), but unfortunately the owner was VacBanned, but for the future I will say
the letter M instead of the letter S mean market, and if the letter M is there, you can’t find out who the owner of the item.
In the old days there were "way" to find out who the owner, but many abused this "way" and simply started bargaining with the owners, as a result, at the request of many traders, Steam removed the "way" to find out who the owner is, and now instead of the owner’s ID there is the letter M and sad :(
You cant find out whois the owner.
