VAC Banned for using a skin changer in a private match?

Title says it all, was using a skin changer in a private match for a CS:GO skin showcase, not sure if it's attestable as cheating as there are countless amount of cheaters out there that actually cheat, if it is i'll take the punishment, I just think it's stupid for someone who has zero tolerance against cheating to be VAC banned for using something that doesn't affect gameplay in a private match for a youtube video

Makes no sense. You cheated, you got banned.
If cheater comes here and say that he turned on aimbot against other cheater or to make video about how cheats work, it doesn't make him innocent.
The fact that you cheated in private lobby also doesn't make you innocent.
It's only your fault and you have to blame yourself for that, not anyone else.

what OP is trying to tell us is :
valve is really fast to ban skin changers but that's not the case with many other software that impact directly the gameplay and give an unfair advantage.

I don't know.

But I prefer to fight a guy who thinks he is better awper with a dragon lore than a guy who is using wall/esp and aimbot + trigger bot just in a case i'm an insane high skilled player !

A private server is also VAC secured. Just because the cheat “does not affect other players” is irrelevant.

Same logic, Low crime does not mean no crime.

If you like to use skin changer etc that modifies game memory i suggest to use launch command -untrusted to turn off Vac.

Cheating is always permanent Ban.

Vac does not care are you using skin changers or cheats. Anything that tampers with game memory can lead and Will lead Ban somepoint

I will list reasons why OP's explanation is complete BS:

1. OP used skin changer for YT videos. Anyone who's ever wanted to make YT videos with good skins might as well use !ws servers. Better than using skin changers.

2. OP has an inventory worth nothing. He says he wants account back because his "games are worth very much". Absolute BS. Since it's a VAC Ban in CS: GO, OP's only blocked from playing Valve-dev'd games (most of which (important ones) are FTP). He can continue playing COD on this account.

WHY DOES OP CARE FOR HIS ACCOUNT THEN?

Simple. It's a bought account. OP paid 2 bucks for an account which cannot be used for CS. Now that his money cannot be refunded, he wants an unban.

Advice to OP:

1. Make up more convincing stories next time.

2. Check accounts before buying them.

3. Is easier to get a Dragon Lore than get unbanned for something 100% wrong.

4. Look up "Internet Acronyms".

Small correction, getting VACced in CSGO only prevents user from playing CSGO, other valve games are fine.

So OP can play Left4Dead, TF2, Dota etc etc

It's important to only use cheats that aren't detected. Do some research before using public stuff, or just don't use any public / free cheats.
