Why does anyone still use UMP-45?

It has a slower firing rate, less bullet in the chamber, and such low damage.

6-7 body shots kill, which is incredibly difficult to kill more than 1 person given you only have 25 bullets in the chamber

3-4 shot if you hit a dink in the head, but the first shot accuracy of this weapon is pathetic, my crosshair can be right on the person's head and it would miss completely

i think you are the one that doesn't play the game since the 2015/6 update that made UMP-45 the second worst SMG in the game only being better than the pea shooter

You go in yprac aim map you will see ump recoil control is very simple compared to any other smg its very slow weapong but its very strong in map like vertigo or nuke but people dont understand

mac 10 mp7 any smg very hard to control but ump is very easy to control with very high damage

Maybe p90 is much better than ump-45 but its 2x price ... But i can tell you mac10 or low tier smg is no ump-45

My favorite skins are ump so i want to like it, i try to like it, but every match i look and consider mac-10, mp7, my eyes skip over ump magically, and i see p90 which is just cringe.
So yeah ump sucks but cool skins.

all these smg have weaker dmg for than ump in distance where u suppose to use smg ... like in vertigo where shotguns and smg are actually useful there ump is really strong

Imo the UMP is underrated. The gun is decent enough to effectively kill and bad enough to not be picked up in a match. It's the best anti eco weapon.

Yes it is very effective just dont fight very long distance like rifle distance and it can beat rifles
