How to get full Overwatch demo?

Im having a really hard case on my account currently.

The suspect does some really fishy things but often times im unsure if the enemy stepped, or if they did something else that gave them away. Also i felt like the overwatch was to short as in these 8 rounds i got i felt like i need more. But again it was so fishy that i can not really be happy with pressing either He cheated or Not.

I heard there are ways to get the full demos but idk how. Any help would be nice, thanks.

So what you're saying is that you can't say that he cheated "beyond any reasonable doubt"?

just look it up on youtube, you can use wireshark to sniff the download server and download it from there directly - this will btw also give you an uncensored demo meaning u can see the suspects profile etc.

this is not worth the effort though and can only be done on cases you havent already downloaded, so i guess youre forced to just not convict the suspect

It's simple. If you are not sure if the suspect is cheating then you don't have enough evidence.

Remember "evidence beyond a reasonable doubt", if those for example are just fishy things, maybe he got info from a teammate, or steps, or reloads he can hear! Or just lucky shots!
Dont be quick to judge, you can ban a poor person who is just trying to play!

"Evidence beyond reasonable doubt" if you suspect but is not 100% sure, you need to innocent him.

It wasn’t for the last 100 cases but this one really breaks my mind. Like im 75% sure this guy has cheats. He plays like a pro. Seriously. Either this guy is hardcore cheating or has the best gamesense + hearing in the world. The problem i have with the demo was that the enemy always stepped like the biggest morons but without the full demo its hard for me to find out exactly if the suspect could have heard. For example (the overwatch was on mirage) the guy going B side to short and scoping with his scout from apartments. Because in bs overwatch i can’t go back a few seconds to check. So thats why i want to full demo.

Even if you can view the full demo the other overwatchers probably not gonna do that. Maybe you see some cheats in the other rounds but the others are not going to so it is not worth the effort. Also if you are 75% sure then he is not cheating. If yes, he will get caught sooner or later.

In such cases where i ain't sure even if i have some signs that something may be shady i can't convict. I have to be sure otherwise it isn't "beyond any reasonable doubt".

If you need help with your submit then feel free to record the demo and upload it here. Also when you're unsure about decisions and need to rewatch just few things also record it. OBS is a free record system and it can run on any system without changing much.
