Where is Premium Queue? (Faceit)

I just purchased Faceit CSGO(not fully premium but equal to csgo premium matchmaking) I am quite confused.. am I playing with people with subscriptions as well?? I heard there is a button where you can Queue up with premium but I can't seem to find it..

You can play with premium only or choose to play with non-premiums as well. There should be an option for a premium queue called "csgo 5v5 premium" or something along those lines.

Why am I not seeing this option?? :l

edit: I am subscribed to Faceit csgo only (which was used to be called Faceit supporter I guess)

I haven't used the client in a bit but you should see the option in the play tab.

I can't see the option at all, but I am able to select maps I want.. hmmm

You are from the Philippines, correct? If I remember correctly, asia does not have any premium queue yet, only eu and na. You'll have to change your region if you want to play, a vpn would work but it's not ideal because of ping.

I recommend you get a refund and switch to an asian alternative like sostronk. Since you have not played any games on the premium queue, they should accept the refund request. Create a ticket with faceit support and explain your situation.
