Setting Hz to 144Hz - 280Hz (Out of Signal)
Hello, so i have this problem occuring only few days now, as the monitor is new, i have the 280Hz ASUS, and when i launch game via, Launch options "-freq 280" the game opens up, and goes out of signal. Which is super weird, as before i got this monitor ,i used this and worked perfectly fine,

The fix that i found, but this is not actuall fix , i set -freq 240 , and the game works fine, which is super weird, as the game still renders as 280Hz, if i use "mat_info" and V-Sync DoubleBuffer, the game caps at 279Fps. ,

As for my friend, he has 144Hz VG279Q , when he runs csgo at 144Hz 4:3 , SAME problem occurs, monitor goes out of signal, So the fix that can found was, set to 16:10 Ratio, and that was only way to get 144Hz for him, as 4:3 wasnt working. ????

Wtf is happening?
Is there was a CSGO update that messed up something?

This is actually prety stupid,
as

the Monitors are brand new, cables are from the monitor box itself,
Computer GPUs are top of the line, RTX 2080 Ti,
Windows Version is 2004 newest,
GPU drivers up to date,

And this only happens, for CSGO , i tried on VOLORANT 1280x960 (4:3 - 280Hz) , WORKS FINE .

Try setting the monitor Refresh Rate to 240Hz on desktop. (but enable the Overclocked 280hz option on Monitor settings)

And in csgo launch options, put -freq 280

This fixed for me, if i remember ,the problem was long long time ago, i have never expierienced this anymore.

Also i changed my DP cable, at some point.
