Faceit discussion | Smurfing

Hello! I enjoy faceit alot, and have grinded it the last few weeks.
Smufing is one if the biggest problems i have with faceit.
You can play faceit at any account level with any hour count.
Theres no reatrictions whatsoever against smufing.
For example, i with almost 5.5k hours can be qued up against dimitri from russia with steam level 0 and 20 hours in cs.
Why is that a thing?
Just make a lock for new accounts to join faceit.
Why don't make it like ESEA,
For example atleast 200 something hours in csgo, and atleast 1 badge could be a good way to keep them out.
Its anyoing and theres nothing done to provent this from happening. Griefers are also a big problem, they can just join faceit and ♥♥♥♥ with your gameplay.
Reporting them does close to nothing, from my experience.
And support doesn't care at all.
Why don't they let equal accounts play against equal accounts?
Why do i have to deal with that on a service i have to pay $10 a month to play on?

What difference does it make if they are smurfing? If they are playing against you on their main with thousands of hours, or on an alt with twenty, the outcome would still be the same?

I just joined faceit to play against people at my level, so i dont have to deal with smurfs / new accounts.

You have 5.5k hours, by stating that I presumed you were at least reasonably skilled so level was a little more irrelevant, guess I was mistaken :)

I played with LEMs at 900 faceit elo and they were actually complaining and flaming at me and another legit 900 as if we were the evil ones and not them.

80% just afk, i'm not super good at the game but not super bad.
Playing against better players isnt the problem, rather that anyone can join faceit.
It doesnt care about the standing of the account or anything.
U can get a dimitri with 20 hours searching for his w-a-s-d keys or a lvl 10'er with 1000 something matches on his main faceit.
I'd just like some kind of restriction so that atleast theres no super new accounts in faceit.

Everyone has good and bad games so Smurf’s are just better players who are more consistent that’s all and you can learn from them by watching how they play

Also it was not the main point of my argument.

Faceit also does, but from my experience it feels like theres not munch done against it.
Thats why i created this threat to hear other opinions / experiences.
But all i get i stupid flaming, but hey thats just the cs community nowerdays
