The story about admin is probably urban legend, you can vote kick and victim can organize a revenge ban after being kicked for the kick-initiater. Thats why trolling at esea is more funny than in MM.
The waiting queues are long, servers have low ping because you simply select the ping you want to have.
PPL are more tryharding and generally there are better players but the games suck because in PUGs there is usually always 1-2 free kills due to un-cooperation.
Nevertheless, playing ESEA is a good training, just get used to fact that solo ESEA is ONLY a training, nothing possible.
And yes even in ESEA there are cheaters, less but more tryharding. Also there are many trash 100hr accounts with slightly better semi-custom hacks trying to get "pro" again and again... They usually make it to higher rank and get banned by admins, they are annoying until banned.
