Am I bad at cs go or does my high ping affects my skill?
When I go into a competitive match (doesn't matter esea, faceit or mm) I always have 90-120 ms ping. And my enemies and teammates usually have pings around 10-40 ms. When I'm training offline with bots I can see I'm not that bad but I can't give that performance at online matches. I'll soon get a better internet and see If I can play good with lower ping. But I'm impatient to see so will I play better with lower ping?

Yes and no. Ping has a huge effect on your gameplay, especially if yours is stable at 90 and above. Going lower will definitely help you! I always have around 80+ ping, and whenever I have the chance to play with lower ping (~10-25) I definitely play a lot better, but it also depends on your skill-level. If you are a silver, with almost no skill, having a bigger ping (not like 300) might work to your advantage as playing against laggers is also hard. If you are a professional, having even a bit bigger ping might be bad since the better you get, the more frustrating and game-changing these little things become...

Just wait for your internet upgrade and after that enjoy good ping forever. :)

Thanks for taking time to answer man!
With a high ping you should be able to get an insane peekers-advantage, likewise so will your opponents against you.
Meaning that with a (stable) high ping an aggresive playstyle will benefit you.

If your connection is not stable, however, you will be at a severe disadvantage.

I would advice tho to have as low of a ping as possible.
