Download some practice workshop maps to help you. Trust me the only way to improve is to review your past mistakes and work on them. Constant and regular practice is key to development of your skills.
There are tons of Youtube videos or guides that can help you figure out your shortcomings or give you advice on how to play the game more efficiently. Other players/friends can also point out your common plays and show you how to play better.
Your skills are like diamonds, you must polish them every day to keep them bright and shiny. If you are not regular in training, your diamonds will become dull and useless just like your skills. All you need to do is keep practising and your skills will slowly become better as well.
I've checked their Linkedin profiles, only Bill Freeman don't have an account. The other 2 seem to have the knowledge they claim to have, however EVAN SOSENKO doesn't have a pic there and Ethan Batson uses the same picture from their website on linkedin... I don't like these things, could be fake...
Edit: Bill Freeman is actually what the picture shows on their website. He made videos on their YT channel showing his face while was watching demos.
Still, they have decent recommendations even from ppl working for Microsoft... I donno, I'd use a secondary and disposible account to try for 5 or 6 months and leave skins I earnt from matches there to try to bait smth...
Edit: I've seen a video on their YT channel, seems to be a great website, not many ppl subscribed and only a few hundred views thou,

and that's what https://pureskill.gg/ does, it finds your mistakes, including flashes and gives you easy to use resources to improve them.
Bill Freeman and the other devs really nice and welcoming, open to feedback. You can literally DM him any questions on discord Dr. Freeman#8408
Please don't diminish the good of this site without knowing anything about it, really sucks something more people should know about is just thrown away like that. I understand your concern, but that's also why I have a throwaway account just for this.
