I got lot case recently but no keys, amd I'm saving my money for new pc, are there anyegit way to get a case key?

Then it's cheaper to bag those gems and sell around 40k of them on marketplaces and buy a key.

depends on trading bot, ~ 10,000 - ~ 12,000 gems : 1 CS: GO key.

The best way:

• get gems and sell them on market,
  
• or trade them to tf2 keys and sell them on market.

it's very easy to get 10,000, 100,000 gems from cards or booster packs.

• ~ 5700 gems : 1 TF2 key
  
• ~ 10,500 gems : 1 CS: GO key

Thats some Bad rates. You can sell those 241k gems on on marketplace for like 50€

Then those bots are making crazy profits from a trade.

As 1000 gems sell for 40 so 240k would Be 96-15% so its like 86usd or 72€
