How do I stop the 7 day cooldown streak

Hi, i always get the 7 day cooldowns even after playing normally for a week or so i exit my competitive match and voila! The 7 day cooldown is waiting for me
How do i get the cooldowns to reduce their time.

dont play comp for 2 weeks or play it on a different account for 2 weeks you have to go 2 weeks without getting a cool down for it to reset

That is not really true. Each ban you get you go up one cooldown level:

1. 30 minute ban
   
2. 2 hour ban
   
3. 24 hour ban
   
4. 7 day ban
   
5. 7 day ban
   
6. etc etc

For each level increase you need to go one week for it to decrease by one level. Meaning if you had multiple 7 day bans already you need to go one month without getting banned. Levels keep increasing even though the ban length of 7 day is the max.

Read the pinned thread about cooldowns and stop playing competitive for a month or more to reset your cooldown level.

BRO THE THING IS, YOU CAN'T NOT GET BANNED, I PLAY IN THE MOST NORMAL WAY, BE RESPECTFUL N STUFF TO EVERYONE AND I STILL GET COOLDOWNS, my account is ♥♥♥♥♥♥
