Is CS Clash a legit site?

I was wondering if the site csclash.net was legit or not cuz someone asked me to sign up there and I'm kinda skeptical.

Never heard it so i presumed scam but after visiting the site i found its no scam lol. Its a new site but its legit. Jst dont deposit any skin's there but about the login : ITS LEGIT

I cant Even enter The site as Windows defender warns me that it is fraudulent

Thats windows defender lol. It used to do it on csmoney before it was fixed
