Hiding names and profile pictures in csgo

Hi!
I was wondering if there is a way to hide enemy names and player pictures during csgo games, i know you can mute them, which is good, but i would like to just remove them completele, like it says player 1 player 2 (or something similar) and so on instead of seeing their nametags.

there are some options in the game settings as well

if you set the ingame names to clean
it will change everyones name to a random name and it might be confusing and you would
just have to call them by colour

Yeah, so now about 15 months later it has been added to the game. Seems my prayers have come true, for all of you who's wondering there's options to toggle these things in gamesettings

yeah its useful cus you got these people with some ass picture as their pfp and it gets annoying sometimes so useful feature to have
