Also you need to disable vsync if you want to get more than 60fps.
Also, why would you want to mirror your screen? Don't you want to have 1 monitor for csgo and 2 for ... other things?
edit: also, it might be limited to 30fps because one of your monitors doesn't support 60FPS at the resolution you're playing at on your main monitor (check it out as well)
While using the mirroring setting, all refresh rates in the nvidia control panel are at their specific maximums (144, 60, 60)
VSync is of course disabled, otherwise I would not be able to play at ~300 fps while ingame.
Mirroring the screen is perfect for me, as the 40" TV is pretty far away from my PC near the couch and primarily used for Netflix and Youtube. Therefore I never use this one while playing and only use the other 2.
All monitors support at least 108ßp 60Hz andd the runs at the native resolution (but changing this does not affect the fps cap anyway)
If you ask me, I would suggest, that the game fails to request a max refresh rate, while some displays are mirrored and then simplys falls back to some kind of default value.
I have a HDMI splitter lying around and will test to mirror it this way.
I have just tested the splitter and it works flawlessly! Even the sound is transferred as before and framerates are where they are supposed to be!
