"Matchmaking unavailable, retrying"

So the last week I've had problems starting up matchmaking on CSGO. I can't connect to deathmatch, nor competitive. (Sometimes it work on competitive)
and I can up to daily do the verifying of cache and there says a file is missing, I get that file back, but it's missing again about right after basically. I don't know what to do at this point, it's stopping me from playing comp.
Please, help!

apparently you just have to wait for the next few minutes and it will go back searching

i fixed it but you have to buy the game cause i was game sharing then i paid for the game and it worked

you didn't fix it because I bought the game and I've been having the problems for two months or so and I buy every one of my games.

Try selecting more maps when trying to play competitive. I only had Dust II selected, but when I added Mirage to the list, it worked. I got to play on Dust II, so it's not the map that's anything wrong with.
