My account was hacked via faceit anticheat

I tried faceit to play csgo for the first time yesterday and someone managed to play cs with my identity, I dunno how, when I downloaded the anticheat system a weird consol appeared, he sent me screens of him playing on my account and he said he used cheats so that I get VACED. So now my account could be vac because of him ... I have the screenshot of the conv and the proof that someone logged in from another location... what should I do? Can steam support help me ?

Ignore it then report the profile, most likey someone trying to scare you, next he'll be telling you to trade you're item's safely to a trusted friend..

ok but I am 100% sure he got access to my account from turkey, and I was disconnected from my account so that is worrying .. He only got disconnected when I changed my pass

Change your login credentials/password and deauthorize all devices except your phone and your PC.

Why do you people just change password when you think your hacked?
You should run antivirus/ antimalware etc to make sure your pc is clean first

I ran it and it found nothing suspicious. I used kaspersky premium

No. Regardless of who was using the account at the time, VAC bans are permanent and will not be removed.

While we understand this can be frustrating, we must maintain a zero tolerance policy for cheating to foster a fair game that all players will enjoy.

It's already done, if he cheated on your account. VAC bans are delayed.
