Full round time -4 seconds to plant bomb + bomb duration until destruction = total longest time

You forgot freeze time, time after the bomb explodes, and timeouts. Also, the waiting for players time when you join a match.

add max bomb time: 40 seconds
115 + 40 = 155 seconds

155 / 60 = 2m35 seconds
