HIGH PING ONLY IN VALVE SERVERS

I have constant 150ms when playing on valve servers, it started randomly like 3 days ago. When i play community csgo servers, valorant, gta, etc i have 20ms so its not my internet

Try disabling Valorant anticheat when playing CSGO. If on WiFi, try Ethernet.

He has high ping, not an issue connecting to high ping servers.

my ping is only high on mm or deathmatch/casual valve servers

what would valorant anticheat have anything to do with csgo high ping on valver servers? im just asking

Some people have a better game experience in CSGO when Valorant, and other unneeded background applications, are not running.

i already closed valorant and nothing happened

What else is running in the background?

Have you updated Windows and restarted your PC?

Have you restarted your network gear (modem/router)?

Are you using Wifi?

I tried everything you said

Try disable the AV. I tested many other things and only that solved it.
