Why is the word "Niger" is censored in csgo?

Someone asked me which is my country..I tried to tell them "Niger" which is a country in Africa but it appeared like this "****" wth! Is my country offensive now ? Nîgér is one of the oldest countries in Africa and I'm offended that steam doesn't acknowledge that

You have the option to disable the profanity filter.

This is not a solution.. because I can only disable it from my side.. to me "Niger" would appear normally but people on the other side would see it like this "*****" some even kicked me from competitive matches because they thought I was insulting them .. people who use "Niger" to insult someone are ignorant..cracker is an offensive word too yet it's not censored .. because Valve assumed that people will use it in good faith to refer to that type of biscuits rather than using it to insult someone with white skin.

You might as well tell Valve to not include profanity filters.

Plus, this is no big deal. I have no idea why you are making a big fuss of Valve *intentionally* blocking “Niger” which in your eyes only is racism.
