If your asking if it makes everything better.
Only thing I have noticed is I was able to have better connection for online games since the windows update.
What do you mean by tweaked to run well?
My main model I use is i7 6820 Alienware model, so it has ram speed of 2666mhz.
32gb ram, rtx 2080 founders, 4k screen. 3tb of ssd's and 1 1tb HHD.
Doesn't mess up my VR setup ether.
Mind giving a run down of things you did/do? That statement is a little vague and could mean a myriad of things.
Asking anyone/everyone who has tried the setting to see differences. From limited searching most of the info on the matter seems to based more on newer more graphically intensive games, from a couple of quick reddit references from what I gathered the benefits or lack thereof could be based upon CPU bottlenecks on older weaker hardware, and different results on 4:3 lower res settings vs native etc. But the limited info I could find was based upon release a small pool.
I think the 3D applications are currently not taking advantage of it. It's something new and programs will need a patch to support the feature. I have disable it since there is almost no difference. IT rule #1 - if configurations are working, do not change it.
