How much does Float (skin wear rating) matter??

I just started getting my first skins and I'm wondering how much the float matters on lower-tier gun skins (visually), like how much it changes the skin

I have an AK47 Blue Laminate and Five SeveN Capilary both factory new. But the floats are 0.06 on blue laminate and 0.03 on capillary... Is it worth it to sell them and get 0.00 float versions? How much of a difference would it make for these particular skins?

The amount of wear you see on your gun at a given float is based on the Skin.
Some Skins show little to no wear at, lets say Field-Tested wear (like the Asiimov), some looks terrible.

I can recommend to use https://csgostash.com/ to look at the skin you want to buy at a given wear value. (they have videos showcasing the skin at every wear value.)

There will be a psychological impact (laughs).

I've inspect them, it looked no different, but I think 0.0001 float is good!

However, for some skins 0.001 will look a lot brighter or cleaner than 0.06.
For example.. hmmm.. *searching* hmmmm *searching and sweating*...
