How to log out of all websites (not affiliated with steam) but are logged in by steam account?

just delete all cookies in your webbrowser and websites can't recognise you again.

If you don't want to use such CS:GO related website ever again, make sure to replace your trade-url on that site with some random crap; if possible generate a new trade-url in Steam. Change your profile-url too. If you granted API access for some sites, revoke your Steam web-api key and create a new one.

No. you can just change your trade-url and the old one becomes invalid. So, whoever knows your old trade-url would need an up-to-date url to send you offers, which you don't give them then. :D
