Hashtag in name?

Does anyone know how to get a hashtag at the start of my ingame name please. I have uk keyboard layout, and # becomes a ? in game, any idea's?

I have tried that guys, it looks fine in my profile but in csgo it changes to "?", anyone else have a clue?
