More skins in the Hydra cases are more desirable than the ones from the Wildfire case, meaning that more of these cases have been opened leaving a lower amount in circulation.

When Wildfire and other operations ended the cases started dropping for everyone, for some reason Hydra didn't so it became limited supply and price skyrocketed
