Game Crash - Fatal error loading vertex shader customweapon_vs30 (00000000)
My Error of course is Fatal error loading vertex shader customweapon_vs30 (00000000)
And before that error came up, CS:GO kept tabbing out of fullscreen and then freezing and repeating every 5-10 seconds and at one point I was too late to take a screenshot but a NVIDIA Control Panel Notification popped up saying something about my graphics card and something being blocked? As I was more invested with staying in my competitive match, I was too late to take a screenshot of the notification.

Before I had the error and crash, I had set my video settings midgame to:

-----------------------------------------
Aspect Ratio: Normal 4:3
Resolution: 1024 x 768
Global Shadow Quality: Low
Model / Texture Detail: High
Effect Detail: High
Shader Detail: Very High
Multicore Rendering: Enabled
Multisampling Anti-Aliasing Mode: 4x MSAA
Texture Filtering Mode: Anisotropic 16x
FXAA Anti-Aliasing: Enabled
Wait For Vertical Sync: Disabled
Motion Blur: Disabled
-----------------------------------------

Prior to the error my settings were on the lowest with Aspect Ratio on 16:9 and resolution 1920 x 1080.
Now after the initial crash, whenever I use Fullscreen, the game keeps tabbing out.
Files were all good after the first attempt to verify game cache, so I deleted the cfg folder and my csgo data under my profile in the steam userdata folder.
Verify Cache again as it would be needed to download a fresh cfg folder and files.
And now the same thing is happening again when I go fullscreen.

And the annoying thing is I like to go fullscreen as my mouse/keyboard input has a quicker response.
Anyone have any idea?

Only files i have touched is cfg files to customize my graphics and control settings. And other files for SourceMod but that was before the recent update?

No, however eventually my laptop screen wouldn't switch on anymore so if you have issues, I suggest thinking about a GPU replacement.

try disabling multi core rendering

Instead, I disabled the whole laptop by dismantling it and destroying the bios, that worked like a charm. BTW I started this thread in 2017 and the issue was a faulty GPU and I have built my own PC now. I had tried every possible change within BIOS, Windows, Steam, CSGO and finally trying to use Linux instead to try to run the game.
Nothing would work, so I took my frustration out and eventually built my own PC.
Before I destroyed my laptop the solution could have been to buy a new GPU and since it was an Alienware laptop a lot of the components are somewhat modular, but I was stupid.

I am aware that there are situations for others on Windows 10 where they may get an Nvidia control panel popup saying that something was blocked, however this thread will not help you find a solution unless you are also experiencing visual artifacts on a laptop screen.
When I mean visual artifacts, I don't mean dead pixels that are on the screen. In my case when I had booted up my laptop, my screen would display something similar to an excel spreadsheet overlay. 1 Cell would be purple/pink and the next would display whatever would normally be displayed in that area and it continued and then it would change as the screen updated. And then eventually the laptop would have issues using the GPU and would boot looking like I booted into safemode and then not long after it wouldn't boot any longer.

Hello friend, sorry if this is hard to understand. I used google translate as I can only speak english.
You may need to verify that your video card is working as it should.
Check all cables and verify that the graphics card is not defective and perform a benchmark test to verify how the graphics card operates.
Search for the name and version of your video card and find out if it supports the game.
