Windows Services that Csgo needs?

I newly disabled some services to help tweak my csgo. I also made my windows run for perfomance instead of quality. But now my csgo went from 60 fps to a 10!!

What did i do wrong?

csgo doesnt use windows services only direct x and some other ones that are automaticly enabled and running are what it needs if you didnt follow a guid correctly then you may as well enable everything again and follow a guide

I've disabled all xbox services, hyper v services, AllJoynRouter,dmwappushsvc,diagnostic tracking services,downloaded maps manager, Geolocation service,all remote access and desktop services and touch keyboard handwriting

Turn on Hyper-V... I think that made you lose FPS

i have all those but hyper v off so it maybe hyper v try turning it back on and see if it was that if that still doesnt work turn all on try again if that still doesnt work restart your pc(you have to restart your pc in order for these to take affect)
