CSGO Running at 10 fps

So I just normally booted up the game, having played the day before at about 200 fps and it was running at 10 fps with var being in the 100's. I'm running on 16:9 1080p on a gtx 960 and an intel core i5 4690k so im guessing this is slightly abnormal. Every other game runs just fine and ive already updated the drivers and its still doing the same thing.

Yeah i got all low settings with no anti aliasing and anything like that. All low settings and im talking about and average of both in the menu and ingame.

More like reinstall everything on the hdd and ssd BESIDES windows. His space is probably full and uses 100% of the cpu beacuse he got like 8 different stuff on

I mean... cs was running fine one day and the next day it just started running like ♥♥♥♥. And i also turned off every non essencial program and its still running on 10 fps.

ive done that and the cpu drivers as well

before this update i had 200-250fps playing MM on Max settings it's not PC's it's panorama somewhere faulty not talking about those very old PC like schools have :DD

ohh the panorama ui... could be but i've played fine with panorama before... but yeah that could be it idk
