Nah I wouldn't recommend it for helmet enemies and long range, it requires 3 headshot from pit to al in dust 2 to kill a helmeted opponent.

Who peeks that ranges with an mac10?

Answer: You don't. You play close range, sometimes mid range and the mac10 is very strong there. You shouldn't watch that many 3kliksphillip videos and learn the game itself instead.

Again: The mac10 is a run n gun weapon with very fast movement speed. You play it close range(fast peeking/pushing) and kill every enemy safe in 1-2 seconds. It's hard to do as much damage with an ak or m4 in that time.
