Disable x-ray scanner?

So I was i nfrance when i got the Xray scanner and i tryed it out,now ive moved to serbia and changed my steam country but i still got the xray scanner and i cant open anything. Is there a way i can remove it?

Ye so contact support but the only thing is that if u opened a case with the xray scanner u need to buy the skin and it dissapears

You can't open a new case unless you take the scanned item.

so its possible to change, but you just lose the xray skin?

I think every country should get an x ray scanner, kind of unfair for only France I believe to do so
