Sound doesn't work when playing CS:GO and in Discord

As the title says, whenever I play CS while in a Discord call, the sound cuts out. I'm using Beats Studio 3's, and it shows 2 audio devices; 'Studio 3 Stereo' and 'Studio 3 Hands-Free.' When I use Stereo, the sound will cut out, but if I switch to Hands-Free, the sound quality is unbearably terrible. The moment I leave the Discord call, the sound goes back to normal with the Stereo audio. Any possible cause or fix?

Check your discord settings. If I recall there’s something for a call to game audio mixer (basically should regulate how loud the call is based to the game). If Discord doesn’t have that check through other setting on your pc to see if it’s muting the game.

im having the same problem when i am in a discord call csgo sound does not come.

You have some places to verify it, considering that the problem is that the game somehow is changing the audio profile. You must to check first inside the CS settings, choosing Stereo sound; Second place is to disable the option on windows sound settings (run this "control mmsys.cpl sounds") and go to Properties>Advanced>disable Exclusive Mode; Third option is to check the application of the headset, for example, Logitech Hub and disable any persistant module choosing or creating one with your sound settings.

go to device manager find your handphones and disable hands free option, restart your pc and your done, this worked for me
