Same thing happened to me.... It was driving me crazy not to know why it failed to start in trusted mode until I found Rocket Dock was the responsible :(

Some malware camouflages itself as RocketDock.dll, particularly when located in the C:\Windows or C:\Windows\System32 folder, for example PE_RAMNIT.DEN (detected by TrendMicro), and W32.Ramnit.B!inf (detected by Symantec). Therefore, you should check the RocketDock.dll process on your PC to see if it is a threat.

This .dll file can be injected to all running processes and can change or manipulate their behavior. RocketDock.dll is a file with no information about its developer. The program is not visible. There is no detailed description of this service. It can change the behavior of other programs or manipulate other programs. It is not a Windows system file. The application can be removed using the Control Panel's Add\Remove programs applet. RocketDock.dll is able to record keyboard and mouse inputs and monitor applications. Therefore the technical security rating is 69% dangerous; but you should also compare this rating with the user reviews.
