This is important too.
I have 1200dpi and 0.75 in game sensitivity. Tweaking my sensitivity to work at 400 dpi it would be 2.25. If a sensbof 3 is to low at 400 dpi then mine would be even worse.
Other thing to consider is the size of yiur mousing surface. The larger it is the more movement before you need to lift and reposition you mouse.
Edit. If yiu know the dpi of your old mouse and the ingame sensitivity it isnt hard to work out what it should be on the new mouse......give or take a little depending on sensor, mouse etc.
I can 180; you sure your mousepad is big enough?
