Tiger Tooth rare pattern ???

Hello Cs:Go community,first of all im sorry for my bad grammar (its not the perfect, no one is perfect) and i apologize if this is the wrong discussion to ask but , can someone check the pattern on my Gut Knife Tiger Tooth on the back side is the letter "S" and on the play side is "Z". Is that rare and can i get overpay for it??? Also the float is 0.02 and how much overpay can i get for that

Float is market price, and there are no desirable patterns for tiger tooth knives, it's worth market price. Also it's a gut knife, so there's a very good chance you won't even get full market in keys.
