Are Custom Skyboxes Bannable?

Hello, I was just wondering, is it allowed to put skyboxes in the skybox folder at:
"D:\Steam\SteamApps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\materials\skybox"
or would you get VAC banned?

I'm not going to use any commands on servers, I'm just wondering if having the files in the folder would get me banned.

Because then you can change the skybox to a custom made skybox, as example for a fragmovie.

Any custom content that alters game files is bannable (or won't even let you connect to a pure server).

I already have some files in the folder that I didn't add like "otherworld", "sky051" and "dreamyocean".They aren't in Valve's skybox list: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Counter-Strike:_Global_Offensive_Sky_List

And I'm just adding in new files, not editing any existing files.

Ah, well, that's a different story then. Modders are adding files as well when they're creating custom content, no? Won't pose a problem.

OP got vacbanned cant wrap my head around why
