A legit site to buy csgo skins from with Paysafecards?

Hello dear community, do you know a LEGIT site that sells csgo skins for paysafecards? I've got a 50€ one and can't do anything with it... I want to gamble with these skins and steam market let's skins be tradeable after some time (a week I think)

(Opskins has'nt got this option, already checked it twice!)

but i think they take 9%(or more?) because paysafecard taxes.
