Crosshair moving by itself? (RESOLVED)

If I'm not moving my mouse, my crosshair moves to the right by itself, very very slowly. However it is still very much noticeable. If I go into steam overlay or windows, the cursor doesn't move by itself at all. It's just a csgo thing. Any ideas?

turn on smooth aim and set your offset a little. use legit, not rage. also, set fire speed to 0.29 so you don't get auto-vac.
