How can I toggle a bind to remove hud and keep hud?

I have low fps in csgo and removing the hud helps boost the fps, I want to know if I can make it so I can toggle cl_draw_only_deathnotices to 1 and 0 and back with one button.
More like an Alias bind

I think you just need to type this into the console:
bindtoggle x "cl_draw_only_deathnotices"
