Matchmaking in South Africa not working

Please help!!

Comp MM in South Africa seriously broken, no-one can get competitive matches, some players get the ACCEPT button to start a match, others in the same lobby do not get the ACCEPT button.

I don't think Valve cares too much about South Africa, if they really did, a simple problem like this would have been prevented by proper testing before the update.

Also, you have to ask, what kind of server maintenance did they actually do last week?
Why was it done in the evening, when most of us play?
Why does it take so long to resolve?
