Can CS:GO manually be downloaded?

I keep on trying to download CS:GO on my laptop on steam but it keeps being a disk error something but when i download on web broswer or other application it dosent really goes error like in steam

Try other disk, how many disks you have on your laptop ?

I have 3 disk I have tried other both disk because they have more space the other one dosent have much space on it

Download it on what ever you can, then make a backup of it, then install it on a different location.
