Type in console cl_muteenemy (or cl_mute_enemy.. It will appear select that.. And after command put value 1.

If you want to unmute .. Put value 0.

Yes, muting individually works too but you know..

I always mute enemy team.. Enemy chat is often intended to irritate. I have enough idiots in my team already.

Now go and write +rep.

I'm not sure does it work for voice, or both voice and text chat. But anyway, there is command automatically to mute enemy team. Thx thought.

cl_mute_enemy_team 1 works well but they will still be unmuted for a brief time during warmup. Good call enemy team chat is useless af just focus on your game.
